Extrusion Technology

Extrusion plays a crucial role in automotive manufacturing

In the Extrusion division we produces high-quality profiles where special request from customers have to be satisfied. From special alloys to precision profiles we develop end-to-end solutions for our customers – long before our 3 presses process the primary alumin materials for them.

Our company specializes in providing innovative engineering solutions tailored to the unique needs of our customers. By leveraging our expertise, advanced technology, and efficient processes, we optimize production to ensure significant cost savings. We manufacture high-quality extruded aluminum profiles, produced to European standards (UNI EN 12020-2), designed to enhance the performance and structural integrity of modern vehicles. Our solutions are focused on sustainability, ensuring that our products not only meet the demands of the automotive industry but also contribute to long-term environmental goals.

The Role of Extrusion in Revolutionizing Automotive Manufacturing

EA has its own toolmaking operations at its extrusion sites. December 2023, Everest installed a 10 inch press, which manages to produce a capacity of 3000 Tons/month. This enables us to satisfy our respective customers’ requirements even more quickly and flexibly.

This also increases our speed of implementation, it makes us less dependent on others, and it means that we can get innovations for our customers onto the machine even more quickly.

By embracing extrusion technology, Everest Automotive aim to enhance their competitiveness, drive innovation, and deliver superior vehicle parts that meet the demands of today's market and tomorrow's challenges.
